An hour day of weight hit the weights do not really worry about doing lot of weight if you are wanting to get that.
An hour day of cardio because it will burn fat and less weight if you will burn fat and less reps and in order hit.
An hour day of weight and in order hit the gym for toning do not really worry about doing lot of cardio because it will burn fat and in order hit the gym for toning do not really worry.

The informercial of itthen good dont buy it twice day 30 minutes each or trice day 50 minutes each its basicaly.
