Bryan asked:

I recently bought the pro fitness magnetic exercise bike form Argos, but am having problems assembling it. It says you have to disconnect the resistance adjustment from the trimming lead before putting the trimming lead through the handlebar post hole and reconnecting again. I Can’t get them disconnected. Please any useful idea will help especially anyone with similar experience.

Many of these wire connectors have a small latch that you need to squeeze to disconnect them.

Just be a little gentle and be sure to not pull them apart… they are delicate.
